How long is production time on my order?

Handmade takes time. Processing time varies, as some items are simply just engraved, while others are hand painted, personalized, engraved, etc. Currently, one week is the longest it will take to process your order. Please keep in mind that this week does not include shipping times. 

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, I am happy to do custom orders. There will be a $5-$10 design fee (depending on project), in addition to the product cost. You can email me at debbie@thecraftcottagenc.com with you custom idea/request. 

Do you except returns or exchanges?

Given that many of my items are customized with clear descriptions of products, I do not accept returns. I do however realize that things happen. Please reach out to me at debbie@thecraftcottagenc.com if you have any issues or concerns.
